We stand behind every course on TheAccountant. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of enrollment, you can request a full refund — provided your usage stays within the fair-evaluation window described below.

• Within 7 calendar days of your purchase
• You haven't accessed more than 1 chapter or lesson of any course in the order
• Total content access across all enrolled courses is below 10%
• You have not downloaded study materials, MCQ banks, flashcards, or PDFs
• You have not completed any quiz, mock exam, or assessment
• You have not requested a refund for the same course before

❌ Refund void if

• More than 5–10% of total course content has been accessed (read, watched, or completed)
• You've completed any graded assessment, mock exam, or generated a certificate
• More than 7 days have passed since purchase
• Course access has been shared with another user (multi-IP / multi-device login detected)
• A previous refund was issued for the same or a closely related course
• Materials have been downloaded, screen-recorded, or redistributed

📊 How we measure access

• Lesson views, video playback time, and content completion are tracked automatically
• A fair-use threshold of 5% per course is allowed for evaluation
• Beyond 10% cumulative, the refund window closes for that course
• One mock-exam attempt or one quiz submission counts as full evaluation

🔒 Anti-piracy & content protection

• All course materials are protected by copyright. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling violates Bangladesh and international copyright law.
• Account credentials may not be shared. We monitor for unusual login patterns; multi-device or multi-IP usage may result in account suspension.
• Downloaded materials are watermarked with your account ID for tracing.
• Repeated refund requests across multiple courses or accounts may result in a permanent platform ban.
• Content piracy (uploading or distributing course material) will be reported to authorities under Bangladesh Copyright Act 2000.

💳 Refund process

• Email support@theaccountant.website with your order ID and reason
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method
• Bank or payment-provider charges (if any) are deducted from the refund amount
• Refunds for bundles are calculated per-course: any course in the bundle that exceeds the access threshold may be deducted from the refund
